How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within 5 working days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email or Whatsapp message confirming your acceptance.
For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons.
When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions.
Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired.
How do I get paid with your affiliate program?
We provide two payment options for our affiliates. You can choose to receive your earnings directly to your payment bank account, or you can opt for a 10% bonus on your earnings, which will be converted into a Gift Card for your use.
When do I get paid with your affiliate program?
Your earnings will be reviewed and processed on a monthly basis. Payments will be made on the 10th of every month for earnings that have been successfully generated and reviewed by the merchant.
Please note that a minimum payout threshold of RM50 must be reached before payments are made. If your earnings have not reached this threshold, they will be rolled over to the following month until the threshold is met.

How are the tiers defined in terms of sales and commission?
There are three tiers in the system, each with a different minimum sales requirement and commission rate:
Tier 1: Sales up to RM1000, commission rate of 3%.
Tier 2: Sales up to RM2000, commission rate of 4%.
Tier 3: Sales exceeding RM2000, commission rate of 5%.
Will my tier automatically update if I hit the minimum target sales?
Yes, the tier system is designed to automatically update your tier based on your sales performance. If your sales reach or exceed the minimum threshold for the next tier, your commission rate will be adjusted accordingly.
